About Us

Toni Reece

My  story and experience is relevant to you because of who you are and what you want to do. I know from my own story how important it is to have a champion that you trust to guide you in reaching your fullest potential and telling your best story.

I have been helping people to tell their stories for 25 years. I have helped people at work tell their work stories to help improve productivity and performance for themselves and their company. I have helped the small business owner tell their story to bring clarity and focus to the quality of the work they perform and the service they provide to their customers. I have coached hundreds of people and teams to live and work their best story.

“Toni’s passion to give everyone a voice is evident in everything from the interviews of The Get Inspired! Project to a casual conversation.  Her unique ability to encourage others to share their light makes working with Toni an enriching and powerful experience.  She inspires others to be their best and never give up their vision, while keeping it real.  I encourage others to utilize the resources of The Association of You to let your light shine brighter than ever before!” Wendy Rumrill, Herford, NC

Over the years, I have used radio, print, and video to tell my story and the stories of others and it has become a passion of mine to help others use their voice to tell their great stories.

I look forward to working with you and hearing you tell your great business or personal story.

The work is why I love being a business owner. I discovered years ago that we all have personal needs we must meet to feel successful. Tony Robbins believes we have six needs: certainty, uncertainty, significance, connection and love and our spiritual needs: we must grow and contribute beyond ourselves.

The need that we value the most leads each of us in a specific direction. Mine is significance. My spiritual needs are growth, I must be growing and contributing. Through contributing to others, I achieve significance. I matter, I am acknowledged for my work.

Okay, so you are probably saying, yeah so! I have spent over 25 years assisting small business owners with developing, building and marketing their business. It is in watching my clients reach for something bigger and encouraging them to continue to step out of their comfort zone that I get stoked. Supporting them in developing their personal story about their business and then being able to share that story with the world is one of the most rewarding experiences ever.

“I feel truly blessed to have discovered you, Donna! I always knew how to be a great graphic designer but had never fully learned how to be a business person. I had gathered scattered bits and pieces picked up over the 20 years I was in business but hadn’t *quite* managed to merge into something focused and streamlined. Your step-by-step process is exactly what I had been searching for to bring it all together and fill in the gaps … and more importantly, to provide CLARITY and a sense of EASE. And the bottom line is … I *see* it in my business. I’m clear and I know exactly what to do. My clients tell me they notice it and that it gives *them* a sense of ease! You have provided me with a system which allows me to relax and do what I do best, to create beautiful, soulful visuals for people. There are a million words I could throw out there to describe you … savvy, supportive, nurturing, insightful, encouraging, fun, kind, knowledgeable … but suffice it to say, THANK YOU!”   Colleen McGunnigle

My story is that I believe more in my clients at times than they believe in themselves, and that belief gives them the strength and courage to share their story. Every time we stretch our courage muscle we develop a higher level of confidence. Coaching, mentoring, training and marketing are simply the tools we use to strengthen that courage muscle.
